Graphnet and Luscii join forces to become Europe's leading remote monitoring platform, set to transform NHS care for 500,000 patients

Graphnet Health and Luscii, an OMRON Healthcare Service have announced a landmark UK partnership, launching Graphnet Remote Monitoring (Graphnet RM)—the most advanced remote monitoring platform of its kind.
The first trusts have been enrolled with Graphnet RM becoming available for nurses and doctors to treat their patients remotely through the app and advanced algorithms. More trusts are already scheduled to follow.
The move comes in response to rapid developments in preventative and digitally enabled out-of-hospital care, with forecasts suggesting an additional 500,000 patients will join remote monitoring programmes in the next two years.

This combined capability will deliver exponential growth in remote monitoring services, directly supporting the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan.
