Remote monitoring is already helping NHS teams avoid admissions and support earlier discharge, but the bigger question is how we build services that can deliver that impact sustainably, winter after winter.
This webinar brings together NHS leaders to share what that looks like in real NHS systems. We’ll explore how services can respond to immediate winter pressures, build sustainable models of care at home and proactively manage the long-term condition cohorts driving demand in the first place.

Digital Transformation Consultant
Breid O’Brien is an independent healthcare consultant and former National Director of Digital Health and Innovation at NHS England. With a clinical background in emergency nursing, she has held senior roles across acute care, system transformation and national digital health, with a particular focus on using technology and evidence to support large-scale change.
Breid will guide the conversation across the three perspectives, drawing on her experience to explore the differences between trust and system-level approaches and the lessons NHS teams can take into their own winter planning. She’ll also put audience questions directly to the panel during a live Q&A.
